The Eastern Line

Khlong Luang Phaeng Station
I got half off some really old pictures scanned. Among the pictures i found a picture off a station on the Eastern Line.

It was in November 1993 and we was going from Pattaya over Nakhon Sawan to Chiang Mai. The first part of the trip was with the Eastern Line from Pattaya railway station to Hua Lumphong in Bangkok. Today the Eastern Line only goes as far as Pattaya one time a day (Time tabel) because of the heavy cargo traffic to Laem Chabang.
Then Pattaya station was almost outside the outskirts off Pattaya on the other side off Shukumvit road. In 2006 the station was in the suburbs off Pattaya between the 2 major roads x and y they have shops and the Bungalow Hell begins soon after.
So i expect that a train trip on the Eastern Line will bee in built up areas, especial after Suvarnabhumi where its under the airport link. Thaitransit
The picture is off a pretty little country like station with some signs :))
