Nighttrain to Chiang Mai

The last part of the trip was a nighttrain to wonderful Chiang Mai. We took the train late so it didn't take long before the chairs was converted to beds and we had a good nights sleep so we could wake up to a nice breakfast with a fantastic view off the jungle covered mountains and river valleys. We arrive at the railroad station then in the outskirts of town. We took a tuk-tuk to the hotel. Chaing Mai is the capitol of the north so its a big town, but its also a historic town with the most fantastic old city with its city walls and old temples. Ping river runs through the city so theres a lot of cozy restaurants by the river. There's a good night market and a gereat sunday market in the old city. The must se is Doi Suthep. Then in 93 i thought this is a cozy place so i will come back. And i did i still think the same "Ill bee back"
